Bitcher & Prickman law comic strip synopsis: Prickman mentions the online research scandal. In it some law firms are accused of having flat-fee contracts with Lexis and Westlaw though they charge clients at the higher hourly rate charged by those services. Prickman doesn't see what the problem is except for whiny clients and says next they'll be complaining that he charges for use of Google to do research. 05.11.09
